Mill Hill Field Acklam

Something that isn't unique to Mill Hill Field though is it? Happens everywhere, perhaps I should of taken photos of the kids having full scale cricket matches during the summer?

Address the real issue rather than fencing off every bit of green land and play areas. ***** ride up and down Hall Drive on scooters and motorbikes without helmets on whilst speeding on the wrong side of the road, do we close the road off?

When I lived in that area a long time ago dog dirt on that field where the kids played football was a problem. People now carry these black bags with them , but throwing full bags into gardens hasn't really solved the problem.

Totally agree, solve the problem rather than spoil it for the majority of people who use the field who show respect for others. I used to play football with Andy McDonald on Mill Hill field when we were school kids, and I still live in the area now. Sadly since those days, in the Acklam area, one after another of the fields that kids could play are since gone, the latest being the restrictions in front of Acklam Hall and the overgrown area inbetween St.Marys church and Mill Hill field, which is obviously penned in for housing. I suppose this is the sign of the times.
