Looking back, he was a good player. I didn’t really appreciate him at the time.

Plenty of players I would like to see in a boro side at the Riverside again and obviously any from that 97/98 team would be amazing but I would especially love to see Grant Leadbitter play for us once more to give him a good rendition of he’s Magic ‘ boro legend and he’s had a tough time of late

I think 96/97 v UEFA Cup final team is more realistic watching players 20 years older than the other team wouldn't be much of a game

Not wishing to pour cold water but I remember an MSS meeting and I think it was McQueen or could have been Lamb when commenting on his transfer to Derby saying they were so desperate to off load him they would have taken air miles never mind 500K.

Still its good to see ex-players resurfacing even with daft ideas
