I've already said that, I was stating that the F&PO test doesn't test the morality of people which appears to be what people wantWhat test? He doesn't own a football club! No test needed

You've been on the crackpipe this evening? You’re in a desert walking along in the sand when all of the sudden you look down and you see a tortoise, it’s crawling toward you. You reach down, you flip the tortoise over on its back. The tortoise lays on its back, its belly baking in the hot sun, beating its legs trying to turn itself over, but it can’t, not without your help. But you’re not helping. Why is that Leon?

yeah BBC has been click baiting this all day long, not even pushing what Coventry have revealed that they got a new agreement to sign as first round of negotiationsJust flexing his muscles to get a better deal to rent the ground out to them.
i think it may have been bought as a pre packed assets, which means you buy the property/asset and not the liabilities, that would be the only way I think that he would be able to get out a lease, unless the lease was legally flawedSo I guess this will make the lawyers plenty of money, if Ashley bought the stadium company doesn't he have to honour the agreements the company had, but if he bought the stadium from the receivers then the previous agreements no longer stand?

he's come out and said the were offered the same terms as before the sale went through and didn't sign it so now there is nothing in place and its time to renegotiate,A 1 year agreement, presumably with significantly higher rates, when they were locked in to a 10 year agreement before he bought the stadium.
yeah they would be in a worse state if went down after selling them assets lol, they got a new owner which should help.Like someone else said, if Coventry are in such a bad financial state their board should have sold 2,3 of their best assests, rose a huge amount of money and their books would look a lot better. They're 12th in the table almost the same amount of points from the bottom as the top, so not like these players they've kept have fired them towards promotion but you could argue they have kept them away from the relegation zone though BUT, would you rather get relegated in a good financial state and stadium to play at for the forseeable or finish 12th and sell these players in the summer, and delay said relegation?
Can't see Birmingham fans travelling to Coventry, more likely he'll demolish Coventry, salvaging what he can rebuild Birmingham and sell the Coventry stadium land for developmentSt Andrews stadium in Birmingham is falling down and is a money pit just to keep what's left open.
Birmingham city latest takeover has just fallen through and debts rising and in serous trouble and won't have any money to complete repairs.
Ashley jumps in and buys Birmingham City at rock bottom price.
Sells St Andrews for redevelopment land and moves them to Coventry for a ground share with Coventry with their new inflated contract.
You heard it here first!
There is a hotel and casino at Coventry's Ricoh Arena. With a large adjoining shopping centre. Can't see Birmingham fans travelling to Coventry, more likely he'll demolish Coventry, salvaging what he can rebuild Birmingham and sell the Coventry stadium land for development
Unfortunately, there aren't many good owners. We are one of the lucky ones. There is a hotel and casino at Coventry's Ricoh Arena. With a large adjoining shopping centre.
Ashley is acting appalingy but why are we surprised. Coventry City have been stitched up for years by hedge fund and other sharp oprrators. It is a quite appalling story.
Also got it's very own railway station and very close to M6 junction with large car parks. There is a hotel and casino at Coventry's Ricoh Arena. With a large adjoining shopping centre.
