I don't even see him as a back up striker because if we're chasing the game, we look at the bench & sigh, well at least we have Fletcher to come on, it dosen't inspire you, no for me we're well shot of himWas that linked article written by a child?
Said on another thread I'd have been happy to see fletch stay as a back up striker but if he goes I'm not going to lose any sleep over it. Still the same really, looks like he's been pieing it off in training from Warnock's comments so no big loss next season - assuming we get some decent strikers in.
Fl72? Haha they copied and paste from what it been said other day hardly breaking news lol. You’re trying too hard to make people think you know it all but sorry you’re way behind anyway.
I read with interest the Times report about agents and their tax dodges in cahoots with clubs yesterday. Unbelievable how they scalp so much and then still take an extra handful.I'd like to see more clubs following Gillingham's lead - they refuse to pay agents. The chairman said that if the players want to use agents, it is their responsibility to pay them......
Steve Gibson has in the past refused to pay most agents - one of the reasons for many transfers breaking down at the eleventh hour.I'd like to see more clubs following Gillingham's lead - they refuse to pay agents. He surely wasnt rubbish when he scored 2 goals in 2 games.Fletcher has been rubbish since he came back, doesn't look fit or just not committed, not sure but doesn't look right. He had looked an excellent prospect the last 18 months, so it'll be sad to see that player go.
So looks like we will be looking for at least 2 CFs, possibly 3
Not bothered about Coulson leaving though. He's supposed to be creative and has 1 assist and 1 goal, and is inept defensively.
How about goal of the season away at WBA for starters.Fletcher's ***** really. 25 years old, played nearly 100 games for us and name his highlights. Not a project anymore, but good luck to him.
For me a project is someone who is probably 18 to 21, he's never going to be better than he is, as I said on an earlier post, the price tag was not his making, but his lack of commitement & sadly he'll be remebered for both, but Monk has a lot to answer this club forFletcher's ***** really. 25 years old, played nearly 100 games for us and name his highlights. He certainly did Rob & what a goal it was tooHow about goal of the season away at WBA for starters.
Decent enough finish against Reading, but a poor penalty against Huddersfield, keeper got a hand on it and would be disappointed not to save it.He surely wasnt rubbish when he scored 2 goals in 2 games.
