Michael Sheen isn’t one to mince his words. Even before Boris Johnson finds himself at the centre of the Christmas party scandal, the Welsh star of Frost/Nixon has our PM in his crosshairs. “He’s the absolute worst of what politics can be,” says the 52-year-old, his voice rich and lilting. “A man who doesn’t seem to care or believe in anything other than his own advancement, and, as a result of immense privilege, has been able to get to the most powerful position in the country and then doesn’t use it to make people’s lives better. Everything is a game to him.” Sheen stops, reloads. “He seems to have no personal ethics, morals, beliefs, value system. So I will be immensely happy to see the back of him, not just from being prime minister but out of the political arena altogether. I hope he goes off and finds a job that has no influence whatsoever on anything in our cultural, social or economic life.” Deep breath. Exhale. “And good luck to him with that.”
 
The fact even for brexit his cause Celebre he wrote down 2 lists both for and against the issue and then chose his side purely to go against David Cameron’s just shows how shallow he really is.

as he could have have easily been a remainder under different circumstances.

Of course. If being a remainer would've increased his chances of becoming PM he'd be a remainer. And remain quite possibly would have won.

Absolutely staggering that someone like that has such influence over so many people. Particularly as the type of creature he is, isn't, and never has been, particularly well hidden.
 
I don't think most Tory MP's have any sort of moral compass other than safeguarding the immense wealth and power of the "Elite".

When you have multi-millionaires being paid a comparative pittance you have to ask why? And asking "why?" is where the collective working classes in this country have failed.

Having a ÂŁ50k salary and an Audi on tick does not make you one of them, you never will be.

The upper classes sense of entitlement will always be there and they will abuse the power they have to steal from and control the lower classes, through politics, wealth and in the past religion.

some people have gorged on him to the point of addiction and obesity to be honest. I mean there were still about 12k people in N Shropshire that felt they would support him in what was effectively a referendum on his premiership

True but this is summed up by one voter interviewed after the result when she this area has been conservative for 200 years and such a shame that this tradition has gone.

says it all.

tradition FFS, it was traditional to set fire to cat ladies with big noses and to drill holes in the skulls of people with mental health issues to allow the spirits to escape......some traditions need to die
