MFC Programme Subscription

Boro have sent a tweet out today stating you can subscribe to a years programmes for £140.
This is for league games only, and not for any cup or play-off games.

I am presuming that the price remains at £3 a programme therefore with 23 league games the price will be £69 if you purchase on the day throughout the season. And with £71 remaining you are paying more for delivery than the product itself.

Who in the right mind is doing this? I bet I could buy each programme cheaper via eBay if I really had to. Disgraceful.

Postage has gone up 65% in the last 5 years. 15% this summer alone.
It costs me over a £1 to post one fanzine out, the cost per programme will be far higher. Plus I think they might do print on demand which again will be very costly. But it is football tradition and all credit for keeping it going and turning around what used to be a big loss maker for the club up until only about 5 or 6 years ago.
