MFC app — live not working

My stream on Boro live has been spot on since it came on at about 19 mins. I don’t even have that good an internet connection either so 🤷🏼

Worked fine after first twenty minutes, which annoyingly seemed to be when we were at our best.

Can’t understand anyone buying this from the club it’s absolute clunky rubbish

It's been pretty much flawless for me for a long time, annoying though this was, it's the first major failure I've seen. This was the first year I bought a season pass, partly because of how reliable it was, particularly last year. Hopefully it's a one off.

I got a one pound (fish) refund. Thank you very much, very very nice.
Sadly I drove into Wales and lost my cell coverage once it came back on...

For the expats or those who can’t travel I think it’s been a decent service, which could be improved. So far this season however it’s been poor.

For instance the first game the stream was constantly buffering, the second game seemed low resolution quality or maybe it was just low bandwidth.

As for the last game the stream was ok after we had missed 18 minutes or so not to mention the audio of the pre game which is also part of the package I believe.

Much like the team the streaming service needs much improvement.

It's been fine for me for the three seasons, but out of interest did any season pass holder get offered a refund? No in my case, even though I emailed the club to tell them there was an issue.

I've paid £140 for a season ticket. Yet when I log in I'm being asked to pay again.
I pay £50 a year for my IPTV service, I refuse to pay £140 for a service that is useless, on Saturday I couldn't watch it on the Boro channel that is on my IPTV, went to the Huddersfield channel and it was running perfect and it also had BBC Tees commentary. I know people says that we should help the club out and I did first season ifollow came out and I think during the season I got 5 or 6 refunds as I couldn't watch the game.
Why pay £140 a season for service that is amateurish and its obvious the technical team are in way above their heads, maybe these are the same people who run the club shop.

Usually with streaming services it's got absolutely nothing to do with the club, they contract a company to stream it for them, they deal with the issues not the club, believe me they would of got a bollocking from the club. My friend owns one of the biggest audio streaming company in Europe, they have teams on standby to deal with issues like this, it should be sorted for next time, otherise Boro will be looking at competitors who can offer a better service.

Never has been for me prior to this match. Watched every game last season without a single hitch. Far better than the dodgy streams I was using the season before.

The club don’t run the service, you think the club have the expertise to run a streaming service, even badly?
