Match Thread (Cardiff)

There's been a lot of talk over the years about the Riverside crowd getting on the players back and it being a difficult crowd to play in front of.
Played 4 at home with no crowd. Lost all 4.

wigan are in administration, theres no argument they are in administration, its not up for debate, they can;t argue an act of god , the new owners had to prove finances when they bought the club and they bought it 2 months into covid 19

Watching Fry being roasted by Mendez Laing there! Did Burnley seriously offer 10mill for him?! And someone likened him to Pallister?! He is shocking.

The EFL are being very firm about this and the Administrator himself has said the only defence Wigan has is force majeure.
We're staying up but it doesn't feel like a time for celebrating.

What force majeure case can they plead? The bloke bought the club in June three months into lock down after all games had been suspended. Are they going to say they didn't notice that that had happened?

Or is he going to say some other uncontrollable unforeseen event happened in the week or so after he bought the club in June and if so what?

If EFL can't make this stick then it will be ungovernable and the end of professional football as we know it.
