"Manage my relationships" Boro Profile

Spot of help needed chaps.
I'm trying to link my Dad's ST to my account so I can buy us away ticekts together.

When I click on "manage my profile", a window opens, but I just get the spinning wheel telling me to wait. Is there an easy solution to this, or is it an issue with the website?

are you signed in to your account
If so click on your name "hello XXXXX" in top right corner
in My Family and Friends click on "manage my relationships"
In Relationships click on "CREATE A RELATIONSHIP"
In Relationship Type select " Strong Relationship"
