I've been following this. Apparently they are saying it was intentional as her relationship wasn't great but surely that doesn't make sense because she would have known it would kill her too (miraculous that it didn't)

I’m not buying the prosecutions case at all, especially with magic mushys involved it’s far more likely she was tripping.

The big issue on the us news has been about her mixed emotions in court.

And I've also read her mam has said she has a condition that causes her to pass out....surely if that's true then that should have been the biggest part of this case.

She was seen driving the same route planning out what she was going to do. She chose a time of day when no-one else was on the road. Far more likely she did intend to kill herself as well.
