Low calorie easy meals

Was that without the 1000 cals of chips and 500 cals of garlic mayo?

You might get some small "full" parmo's near that, if they're light on the chips etc. but the way I always look at it is parmo is twice as bad as pizza.

I've got a taste for parmo now, might have to make some small halfs next week.
Let me correct that for you.

It was North Yorkshire trading, full parmo and chips 2600 cals
 
Just making a list to do a shop for ingredients in some of these recipes.

Lost 7kg last 3 weeks (I had it and more to lose) replacing 2 meals a day with Huel, but want to cut that to one meal and introduce more low calorie/healthy real food other people in the house can have too.

Any more for any more before I go to Asda later?

Huel is great in bursts, lost a stone myself replacing two meals with it. It's unsustainable long term though.
