I'd imagine Sol is great to be around. Not only from a footballing point, but from a human perspective given what he's been through.
For all footballers get a bad rap, there are thousands of them like Sol, George and Leads who command respect way beyond their achievements on the pitch.

Yes i thought Pelts was fairly poor when he first appeared in the side, but he's very stready and another leader

Agreed. I see the job he did as similar to the job Mowbray did. While it doesn't look like a "successful" era, it definitely put things in place for the next person to make a success of it

I absolutely love Sol. Seems like an utter gem of a man. I imagine he's a great fella to be around, and he is an absolute inspiration to all for everything he's been through.
Big fan of Peltier too. Hasn't let us down one bit this season. I've seen a few interviews where players who've played with him mention what a great character he is too.
Overall, two superb pros in what is looking like a superb wider group. Would love to be a player and be a part of this squad. Loving it at the minute!

I think Bamba has had 2 touches in last two rounds of cup, v Man U he scored and v Spurs he had a brilliant sliding block to stop ball reaching Spurs players in 6 yard box. If he is getting paid per value of touch, then he is going to be expensive

If you think of how much derision there was when news broke that NW wanted to sign both Peltier, and particularly Bamba, then you have to say that Warnock was more than justified in doing so.

Was there derision about Bamba? Initially, NW was just allowing him to train as a favour to him.

My sons coach who still works at Cardiff told me when we signed him he was one of the nicest blokes you will ever meet.
He also said we would never win anything with him in the side
