Lot more positives than negatives last night

Before the game I think we would have all taken the draw, but there’s no doubt it feels like two points lost but if we play like that v charlton etc then I think we’ll win more than we will lose.

coulson outstanding again and hopefully Spence might be back in the frame again now but credit to rudi as well as he did what was needed and put a shift in.

Agreed Zorro. Especially 1st half, we were good and didn't really deserve to go a goal down.

If anything negative, I would say, we didn't really create much second half but they are a good team and probably deserved a draw in the end

Yes and no. Plucky home draws will see us relegated.

It was a freak equaliser for them, and unlike many other recent games, we could of won it. But we were hanging on even for the point at the end.

One negative was we gave them far too many corners. Some self inflicted as well booting it into touch etc.
We need to work on that.

We need to work on that.

Our in game management is abysmal when we are in front. We resort to giving away cheap corners and giving way to many fouls away. It’s asking for an equaliser to go in. This needs to change if we want to stay up

It’s getting to the part of the season that the only positives that will matter for me is the points and don’t care how we play to get them. If it means going long to Gestede then so be it. Next season we can reboot and start playing the way we want them to.

Should have won, should have put the game to bed, and definitely should have managed the closing 20 minutes better.

Cuts the gap to safety to 1 point, but I expected to win this game before kick off and we seem totally incapable of holding on to a lead since Ayala's injury. The longer we go without a win, the more psychological pressure it'll place on the players too.

Pears at fault for both goals, but was excellent in the build up to our second.

McNair needs to stop diving, and the whole team needs to sort their passing out.

Charlton is massive.

Really ? After the Luton horror show I didn’t.

Yeah, they were rubbish when we played them away and as expected they were rubbish last night too.

They create very few chances, but tend to put away the few that they do.
They play on the counter attack a lot of the time and we are a team which barely attacks.

Win at Charlton and we can start to be a little more optimistic! slowly I think we are actually realizing the mess we are in, better performance last night as it was against Leeds, not pretty or perfect but loads better than the games against Luton, Barnsley etc.
I think we an go to Charlton and win, we are due one even by law of averages.....
C'mon Boro lets get out of this mess....

We need to be winning our home games - we've only got 4 home games left.

We've only won twice away from home all season, so there's a pretty good chance we won't win any of our remaining away games.

Last night was 2 points dropped rather than 1 point gained in my opinion.

Forest were poor on the night. We should have been able to see the game out, or got a third to kill them off but Woodgates' poor in-game management cost us.
