Lord David Cameron

At least if he is back he might be held to account for the brexit vote. Was always a scandal that he was able to swan off into the sunset after leaving a catastrophe in his wake. Could backfire on sunak.

Ex pms until recently got offered places in the Lords as a mater of course, this should be done in order though so unless major, Blair and brown have turned it down then Cameron is jumping the queue

I said that all the Conservative Party would have to do is move closer to the centre and adopt a pro eu position.. I said it almost half jokingly that that wouldn't have the bare faced cheek to turn the blame on the brexit voters and the now pro brexit labour party.

David Cameron back into the mix, John Major appearing ever more prominent.. Theresa May looked competent and in control in Comparison to Johnson, Truss & Sunak..

maybe it's time for them to get the old gang back together and lay waste to their pro brexit pawns?

Bloody left wing remoaners....part of the establishment....typical of this left wing government getting given titles to be planted in high places

Things are a bit back to front and upside down.

Like you say the Tories probably don't want Brexit whereas Labour are probably more likely to be happy to train more people and create more housing

Really his legacy is about austerity and Greensill as well as the Panama papers and he has stagnated the British economy and piled up national debt

Oh and I nearly forgot his foreign policy which turned Libya into a failed state and Syria

Total act of desperation going back to him. His actions led to the worst decision this country has made in many years.

I just think that's the only move they have left.. create the dogs dinner of a mess.. throw the bad eggs under the bus.. re-invent, -re-boot deny all worng doing, pass on the blame and go into a general election with a familiar dare I say Keir Starmer plus approach.

Prime Minister - David Cameron
Deputy Prime Minister - Nick Clegg
Chancellor of the Exchequer - John Major
Home Secretary - Theresa May

a few old faces in there.. like a conservative centerist pro-european dream team.

have you seen the absolute state! I've heard a few whispers from some tory ITKs that the traditional long standing members have very much had enough, big trouble and big splits in the background. One Nation vs Unionists etc

The New Conservatives group is reportedly meeting later today to discuss Suella Braverman as Tory leader

I think it says that they have run out of people who will work with them. They know that they will lose the next election so why would an mp take a high office and then fail at the election. So they draft in non mp's in the hope that they hold on to a bit more power for longer.
