Of course, as a big believer of the broad-church that's my party- I have always backed the leader, I've not always agreed with them on everything, but then that would be odd wouldn't it? When I look about, the best person in current UK politics to be PM is Keir by a country mile.

Good for you Lodger, well I'm a labour voter in Mbro South....but just to be clear calling the opposition a 'political tramp' is doing more harm than good....Dr Kumar would be horrified, but that's what these young upstarts think is acceptable these days....it certainly isn't, it's just crass and the keyboard 'champagne socialists' don't even live round here like you and I, we both work on the front line in our home town, they don't have a clue and wouldn't last 5 minutes round here 👍

This is the guy who during the leadership election that gave us Truss was boasting to the world he and his treasury mates were working hard on fiscal policy for the incoming PM. Well that didn’t go too good did it. The monstrous Truss and gormless Kwarteng took all the flack but It was this clown Clarke who was the architect. Wouldn’t put him in charge of putting holes in donuts 🍩
