Pretty much nailed on IMHO. The swarms of under 16s allowed to enjoy their free time by thick parents will inevitably bring this about. Fully expect Greater London within 24 hours. Plod and our armed forces have a tough task ahead
 
Yeah I think London in the next 24 hours is likely. There's still an unfathomable amount of people kicking about and using public transport etc.
 
It should have happened weeks ago to be effective, we don't seem to have learned anything from the experience of other countries and ignored WHO advice. Now many more than should have been will be culled by either by incompetence or design

Wonder how far it will go before a curfew is imposed in the Capital and dare I say a shoot to kill policy if all goes South.

We'll definitely be locked down here in the next day or 2.

Can't see anyone up there being locked down. Was looking at the stats, you hardly have any cases

We have sadly had one death in north tees hospital already so I wouldn’t say that

the threat is just as real up here as it is anywhere in the uk.

But without test numbers we will never know.

Well, if nobody is being tested it's hardly surprising. I'm 99% certain one of my grandkids has it but despite being rushed to hospital by ambulance and being met by a team in full protection gear he was sent home and told to isolate not to go near his other grandparents. They wouldn't test because he didn't need a ventilator. They're not testing front-line NHS staff either.

Yes. If this government is anything, it's truthful... Zero prospect doesn't mean zero in their world .
 
Doesnt help with people spreading ***** on whatsapp though. Never had so many voice messages posted in various group chats from people ITK, its worse than transfer deadline day
 
I'm in my office now (God knows why), 5th floor and looking down on the South circular . Loads of people moving about. Lots of traffic (although it is noticeably less), buses with people on them. Lots of older folk walking about as well!
 
Not like you to be against the government kuepper.
I must agree though that some sort of restriction will be imposed shortly, but BJ is handling things well.
