LL Deal still on

Apparently a deal has been agreed by all parties tonight.

$27.8m
Again if this is true we’ve turned selling Akpom for 10m 18 months ago and flipping rogers and lath into….Dieng, Glover, Rav, Bangura, Engel, Borges, Morris, Azaz, Bergzorg, Conway, Edmundson, Whittaker AND still got that 10m plus another 5m.

That’s insane transfer business in 18 months and sets up for a playoff run or a real promotion run next year if we invest properly

Fantastic way to run our club when compared to previous years.

The club shouldn't turn that down, assuming lath wants to go.

It may put us back a few months depending on who we have lined up as his replacement. Even if it's like for like it puts us back a few weeks.

The club is more than the 24/25 season though.

We could agree a fee of £30m and all the peaches in Georgia, it means nothing if ELL doesn't want to go to Atlanta. He's holding out for a PL move. Our window shuts in 5 days.

We're trying to force his hand here so we can get a replacement in in time.

I would give up automatic promotion and do it through the play-offs for that.
Oh.....hang on a minute. Mmmmmmm

I'm talking about the club.
The irony is about whether we actually reach the play-offs.
I know roofie, twas a joke.

Selling Lath may well scupper play-off chances, depending on who and when we get someone in. Of course, it could, possibly, boost the chances, though January isn't a great time to be making a significant change to a key member of your playing squad, certainly in the short term.

As Rogers proved last season
