Litter Pick - Riverside Stadium - Sunday Morning

Sunday 22nd October - at 10am Middlesbrough Community Champions invite you to join them for an hour long litter pick around Riverside Stadium. No equipment is needed, pickers and bags are provided. But wear warm clothes and gloves if you have any. Afterwards we always grab refreshments and snacks provided by the group.
Middlesbrough Community Champions are a community lifeline. Some come along to work, others for company, friendship or mental well-being but without exception laughter and a sense of togetherness. The group meets on Sunday's at 10am to litter pick different areas of Middlesbrough, litter collected in the distinctive Boro-red bags.
All new volunteers are very welcome.

This year's team picture. Another great turn out and we were greeted by blue skies around Middlesbrough Dock.
You can join in any week as Middlesbrough Community Champions move around the Middlesbrough neighbourhoods mostly every Sunday morning at 10am. Then at 11am the refuse department come and take away all the red bags and we have a hot drink and a snack (or two) whilst chewing over the latest Boro result (a win).
