Yep, it was a great Holiday I had at Lloret de Mar, although it was back in 1979

Had my honeymoon in Llorett back in the 1980s, shale and pebble beach, which was disappointing, it was 11th September when we arrived, it was absolutely sheeting it down, hotel was flooded, but we has a great time.

I went back in the mid 80s. Don't swim too far out from shore. There are some awful undercurrents.

Bars were good but very young crowd when I was there. Lots of 18/30 mobs.

Went in the early 80’s had a fab time, never been back though, trouble is can’t remember much as i was a bit giddy for most of it, I think it was down to something I ate.

Edit: there was this annoying bloke with a notebook on the loungers though, that much i recall

Went on a motor bike in the 70's, then back again in the 90's, was there earlier this year and it's improved no end.

Not so many Brits about but has a nice feel to it. Beach is gravel, not soft sand.
