I've criticised Jones on another thread. There is far more than one problem in our team unfortunately. Mcnair and Jones are both poor. At least Jones has shown promise, albeit briefly and may have been a flash in the pan.

With the 2nd goal I think we got caught out as the lad was offside when the kick was taken but not after the flick on. Every club tries it but it hardly ever comes off.

We got a centre midfielder. He's called Mowatt. Gibson replaced Tav with on paper a higher profile player (bet he's on bigger wages than Tav was). It's not Gibsons fault so called professionals can't match up a players attributes.

Replaced Tav with a player who couldn’t get in another championship side and who was only on loan. It’s not hard to see why this season has gone to ****
