true from a playing staff perspective, but it was not self sustaining as it was entirely funded by Walker buying players for the now, with absolutely no effort to invest in players for the future, a youth team, or stadium or training facilities. They also didn't really transform their organisation or adopt a footballing philosophy. They were lucky that the cash influx was a few years before the prem money started to tell and they fell away badly.

It only really lasted about 3 or 4 years for Blackburn and they didn't bank enough to stay relevant. Leicester have spent about 7 years now establishing themselves as a top 8 side.

Leicester have been much more sensible, incremental improvements on and off the pitch, got lucky with a couple of key players and a manager who got team spirit, but they reinvested after that very sensibly.
 
Looks like they just expanding the main stand. Think boro if they ever needed an expansion woul be the east, north and south. West stand would be left as it is. Good idea to include a hotel in their new stand like.
