On the bus home from the amazing city game, a few young lads on the bus got given Albert adomah's boot. Surely, it was Dean whiteheads boot they would have really wanted (no disrespect to my beloved Lee tomlin). You will always remember the where you were when boro beat the richest club in the world with Dean Whitehead at right back!!!!

He was alright for us, nearly scored one of our all time great goals at City, so close.

He was a good bloke, did alot in the community, went downhill and should have done a bit more in his career and he'll be the first to admit but he played alot of games and he'll 100% have a future in coaching or some aspect if he wants it.

Second what someone else said, his appearance on Undr the Cosh will be excellent.

Fantastic player when on it. Probably only Traore and Ramirez who've been as entertaining since.

The Kompany moment is him in microcosm really. Unbelievable piece of skill, but not quite there with the end product. His attitude towards it revealed a lot for me too.

He was absolutely buzzing about it and that shows he loves the game, loves to entertain. But I think a truly top player would've been too annoyed they didn't finish it to mention it again.

That attitude is possibly the difference between him having been a premier League player or a very good championship one.
