Last chance to buy Season Cards

If you didn't have it for game one you definitely aren't committing to one now! I feel the lack of the half season card could be a bad idea, they always seemed to do well, especially last season as things where on the up.

I'd love to know if they consulted the supporters forum... @fmttmadmin

This seems cack-handed and stupid - I've never understood why they don't keep selling them throughout the season on a pro-rata basis, the half SCs sold over the Christmas period also generate additional income which is now lost.

I was thinking the same, and I'm going to guess like many other things it wasn't.

Bizarre decision. The club will probably say the supporters forum was consulted, but when we ask for the minutes, or details of where is was discussed you will be told to move on as the decision is final.

I am determined to go the next supporters forum meeting.

I think some representatives on the panel have a conflict of interests and forum needs to be opened up to more supporters groups. Numerous double buses are parked at the back at the east stand, from Redcar, Norton Cricket Club and Yarm to name but a few.

My son is moving back into the area in late November after 5 years away from home. His first comment after telling us he was coming home was he is looking forward to buying a Half-Season Card and then a full season one next year. How stupid a decision by the club to stop selling them. I would love to hear the logic behind this decision.
