Kids and the vaccine

As we are getting through the age groups I was just wondering is there even a plan for kids. I know they are seen as less of a risk but are they even in the plans for a vaccine.

There is talk of them being given to secondary aged children after a period of testing, which as above has halted while they look at the clotting issues.

May be more of a long term plan, perhaps in future it could be a nasal spray like that offered to primary kids each winter.

One of the vaccines (Pfizer?) is applying to trial vaccinate children from 6 months old.

Do kids need a vaccine? I'm not sure if I want my kids having one.
We are in the same boat in our household. My wife has had both her jabs due to her job, I'm waiting for the invitation to take mine but the recent reports of blood clots, especially in females has made us wonder wether our kids actually need it. They are both under 5 and with all the adults in our family and extended family and friends all having or going to have the vaccine then we might wait until after the vaccine is out of the trial period.
