Why do car fob replacement batteries never last as long as the original one !!!!!

the original one lasts for years before it dies , replacements last a few months at best

I think it is because they are forever emitting a signal on these keyless cars. I am on my third in 14 months

Just buy from Amazon. Duracell brand or similar, not cheapo ones.

I’ve bought them from the Nissan dealer , they just arnt as good
