Keto diet thing

Not strictly Keto but I've been intermittent fasting for 2 years now, plus try to avoid all sugars, especially corn syrup sugars and no breads, cakes, pies etc. I've dropped from116Kg to 86.
Reduced sugar intake is something I want to main, the dependence people get to it is crazy. I got headaches for a few days after giving it up, but feel much better now.
