Kate, Princess of Wales - not seen this year.

I'm.beginning to feel uneasy about all these rumours and theories etc, especially with the latest news of someone trying to access her medical records....its beginning to verge on the edge of bullying for me.
Some matters should remain as private as you want them to be....doesn't matter if you're the next Queen of England or Moira from number 37. Let the lass just get over whatever it is she had surgery for as I'm sure all this fuss around her isn't helping.

And before anyone starts with giving me grief about loving the royals etc I'll admit I do feel for her, because I've had a sh!tty start to the year also....but if I'd have had to deal with my health issues with a circus swirling round me like she has, well I very much doubt I'd have been able to do it in the way I have done with so much extra stress and pressure on me.

All valid points, but why put out a photoshopped photograph then? They created this furore, I’m not even convinced it hasn’t all been deliberate for reasons we’re yet to be made aware of.

That’s fair legz - and, rightly a concern.

There is a school of thought tho that being a Royal Princess is tantamount to a life of bullying itself.

Their husbands do what they want and the ladies toe the line.
Even if they don’t do as requested it doesn’t end well - Meghan?

Well it now seems that other Royal photos have been photo shopped but nothing has been said....so why pick on the one Kate has released to make it a problem.
I feel like the media are piling the pressure on so they get the answers they want about her illness. This prying into her medical records....why do that unless you've already been approached or you know you'll get a pretty penny for that information.

Absolutely piling on the pressure but this is what our sh1tty media do. The "royal photographers" ( Papparazzi) getting all sniffy about that photoshopped photo - but clearly they have skin in the game when they aren't able to make money out of photographing her.

This thread was a week old and had 250 posts on it before that photograph even appeared.

Exactly, why pick on it? It’s part of British culture to be obsessed by this mob, and the whole reason the institution exists, but then when the public and media start prying too much they get their little obsequious mouthpieces to start saying (on air) that it’s “bullying”? Piers Morgan, Jeremy Kyle etc.

I agree it’s not fair on Kate herself, I hope they come to their senses soon and end all this nonsense.

Yes, Borolad started it out of concern for her health; because apparently if you don’t see a royal princess for 3 months it might mean she’s in a bad way. But it might not, unless they tell us. This is all part of the machine.

The medical records one is fascinating.
Here is what we know - 'Police have been asked to look at' whether staff at the clinic attempted to access the princess's private records.
Not the sexiest headline for the media

If you translate that - 'they have'..... 'at least one person has'............ more clicks

I'd say some is an invasion of privacy, such as trying to gain medical records and some of the theories have clearly gone a bit far. But the flip side is as a senior royal, her mental, physical and emotional well-being is public interest and the royal PR has been absolutely awful. I guess they're not used to having to be held to account to anyone, so when the Press Association say, "nah, this is heavily doctored" they have no experience of accountability for their actions and just flounder.
