I hadn't seen this thread earlier but I've just sat and watched it and wondered whether it had been mentioned.
A fascinating watch. London is surely going to become a city of young transients who spend a decade or two there and then have to move out.
It was also interesting to see how rapidly change occurs in parts of a capital city. A contrast to ex industrial towns where the high street winds down... But that's it. Goodnight Vienna.

This was made prepandemic (2019). Be worth walking down that street now.
Certainly the apartment prices will have come off and there will be a different feel.
