He's not been hacked has he, 'cos that is a pretty odd thing to write and totally off the subject, unless all thiggish teens belong to 'indigenous families (whatever they happen to be))

Thought not. Indigenous is people who are native to the area, therefore, assuming he knows what indigenous means, he's not talking about asylum seekers or any foreign people now based in Middlesbrough. He'd be talking about people native (or indigenous) to Middlesbrough

I know what indigenous means. My post explains why I think the tweet is racist. And I'm not the OP by the way, so not sure if the 'thought not' comment is a relevant response to me
