I understand it's an opt-in by downloading your Season Card onto your phone via apple/android options otherwise you continue to use your physical season card?

After the teething problems of my match day tickets downloading into my deleted folder, the last three home games have been fine, with no problems whatsoever.
I still, however, have to use a season card for my free drink, but that is possibly because the tills are not yet ready to accept mobile phone season cards.

They may be busy working on getting Exeter tickets ready - I know this because my away season card ticket was processed today.
