I think even last season was a combination of multiple things ie injuries, fatigue, crumbling under pressure but yeh I agree Carrick was also partly to blame because he didn’t change the system or tactics when things weren’t working

Thank god we got rid of the posers from last season anyway.. some exciting young talent just through the doors and will take a while to bed in.

Let’s not forget, Carrick hasn’t done this before.. six games to claw back nine points
1.5ppg.. that would show steady progress and give hope for a playoff place.

Blackburn (away) 13th
Sheff Wed (away) 23rd
Southampton (home) 7th
Watford (away) 18th
Cardiff (home) 19th
Sunderland (away) 9th

Sunderland could be a really big one!
Nobody is unbeatable in this league.. it’s early doors and we’re creating chances.

Team building holiday.. a few trialists in a tinkle to uncle Alex and we start picking the points up.
