Josh Maja

He's a dangerous player, but hasn't really managed it at this level. Just 2 goals in 32 championship appearances. He failed in French League 1 too with just 9 goals in 47 games.

Did well enough french second tier ( 16 goals in 38) and english third tier (15 goals in 24).

He'd have been a good bench option, but we already have bench options, we need a starter. Unless he's improved massively in the last 12 months, he isn't a starter for a promotion chasing team.
 
You have to wonder who our list of targets are as there is so little in terms of rumours about us and players.

What happened to Alex Bangura?
 
I'd have definitely taken him. Think that's a potentially very decent signing for WBA, especially on a free.

Those stats posted above have surprised me, but I felt like I was really impressed by him every time I saw him play.
