Be interesting to see how he gets on, he probably should be too good for that level if his attitude is right. I know he’s been bombed out by Rangers but still expected a championship move for him. I think Derby were interested but I guess location has probably played a factor in his decision here
 
You would like to think the majority of us wished the lad well and hoped he got his career and life back on track. There is a lot of baggage that follows this lad and I think he is too close to home to make this succeed.

Good luck to the lad but I did fear that he was joining us when I clicked on the thread. He must be drinking in the Last Chance Saloon now. Hope it clicks for him he is a talented lad. Perhaps a spell in tier 3 might be the right medicine?

Maybe not, in Derby's case, more to do with the state the club is in.

Would you rather play for a team winning most of their games or one struggling?
