I always think he should score more, his seasons in the champo are

20/21 -1 goal
21/22 - 4
22/23 - 6
23/24 - 4

Azaz definitely has goals in him. 7, 8 and now 10 goals. I think if he settles and plays he has the potential for 15 league goals.
 
Don't get this Forss or McGree speculation. Only appears to be on fan chatrooms. Forss has 2 years left on his contract and see no reason for us to sell. If I was a buyer you would look at both Forss and McGree this season and run a mile. Both have missed over half the season. Who the hell would pay over £5m for them in this market? I think Forss will be here next year for certain, McGree is 60-40 likely to be here as only a year left, granted he is not the most happy looking players doesn't mean he wants away just his demeanour. Local press (who I assume have more knowledge than the know it alls on here) suggest McGree is likely to sign a new deal. McNair is also far from certain to leave. Cant see any other club paying what here is currently on, so we are likely to be a option for him on reduced terms if we want him. I would keep him on that basis as we are a better team when he plays for me. Barlaser, Greenwood and Dijksteel I can see going.
 
Ill nail my colours to the mast, I would sell him as I dont think he will ever get any better than he is now, but perhaps him getting another contract will allow us to get more for him.

I could see us selling him for a big fee next summer if he has a good/injury-free 12 months. He'll be 26 then too.

I don't know if he was full time at his non- league club but to me it feels like he is playing catch up a little since he joined us and within that he's had a really difficult year for personal reasons. You could be right but I feel like he has more to learn and give, he's had a relatively good season let's hope he can continue it into next year then we will find out if he has further potential imo

although I like Jones, I don't think him being first choice RW for a season is enough for promotion. He won't score more than 4-8 in a season, and that puts pressure elsewhere to score the goals. Forss will score enough, but he won't offer the pace we need up top

I know what you mean mart. Not sure I agree though. Whilst Jones isn't gonna get you 10-12 goals a season I think his pace dictates how teams play against us and opens space through the middle as he is often doubled up on.

He might not assist 15 to 20 goals but may well play a part in that many.
 
I was wondering if a few of the contract delays were just about waiting to see what league we were going to be in. Hopefully a couple more to follow.
