No, they'll be promoted by the end of March and into a higher league. Hope he does well, got some great players around him there and with a player of his calibre in the side they're set up well for next season.

Scored with his first touch as Stockton beat promotio rivals Shildon 2-0 in front a crowd of over 700.

Stockton Town didn't exist when he was a young player. He played for Hartburn Juniors who Stockton Town like to pass off as their junior side to manufacture a bit of history.

Only a very short History, but quite incredible if they have won the Wearside League look like winning the Northern League and runners up in aFA Vase Wembley final. Not bad for a little TJA Hartburn Juniors. Done better than any Teesside semi pro outfit or any of the former TJA clubs
