Johnson maskless in NHS hospital

Did I see on the news a nurse thanking him for everything he has done? Was having my tea so wasn't concentrating.

To be fair, 'bare below the elbow' is common practice (IPC) in any medical setting and tucking ties in is pretty standard too so he's managing to follow those protocols, but he doesn't wear a mask. You couldn't make it up!
 
Completely unacceptable.

All NHS staff are required to wear masks in NHS facilities.

This is utter disregard which will undoubtedly result in reduced staff compliance.
 
Why did hospital managers let him do it?
How do they now stop their staff or any patient refusing to wear a mask?
What happens when they start sacking staff for not being vaccinated?

I have just sent a freedom of information request to Northumbria Healthcare Trust to ask for their answers to these questions.
