We've done this before with Hendrie and as he is our top scorer and does seem to have a good forwards thinking brain . He is quick and direct
Go On Warny you know you want to

Going inside both then scoringWarnock must have his head in his hands looking at this thread. Marvin has probably the worst football brain in the squad. Imagine him up against two big centre halves
those two big centre halves would be covering some ground!Warnock must have his head in his hands looking at this thread. Marvin has probably the worst football brain in the squad. Imagine him up against two big centre halves
But it’s not all we have, we need to try something different, we have tried them to death now, we know what we get, which is minimal, just repeating the same won’t change anything.Jesus.... Do people think its that bad?
I've heard Watmore and now Johnson. A winger and a fullback as 'better' options than the 17.5mil 2 forwards we have.
The forwards are gash (or lack of confidence) but they are all we have until Jan at the very earliest. I'll still rant about Britts finishing but it's all we have.
do you not think Browne would not have been tried other than him bJesus.... Do people think its that bad?

repeating the same thing and expecting different results is a sign of madnessBut it’s not all we have, we need to try something different, we have tried them to death now, we know what we get, which is minimal, just repeating the same won’t change anything.
Less farcical than sticking what we know doesn’t work.I’m sorry but there’s absolutely nothing about Johnson’s game that suggests he’s worth trying up front. Especially in a lone striker role. He’s not an intelligent footballer but, in fairness to him, can put a decent cross in from time to time.
I think you’re underestimating how difficult it is to lead the line. Suggesting just sticking anyone up there because they’ve scored a couple of goals from wide positions is farcical.
not as our main striker but up the top end of the pitch with watmoreI’m sorry but there’s absolutely nothing about Johnson’s game that suggests he’s worth trying up front. It’s not like we’d be sticking David James up front. These lads are putting away chances and creating chances. Put em both up top together and if the opposition put three past us.. we can always put the lads who aren’t scoring back on!Yeah, let's actively negate our attacking threat even further (which would be an achievement in itself) by sticking an average (at best) winger up front. On his own.
Not sure I agree putting him front but jeez "the worst football brain in the squad"? How'd you figure that one out?Warnock must have his head in his hands looking at this thread. Marvin has probably the worst football brain in the squad. Imagine him up against two big centre halves
