Not so sure on that, you see plenty of challenges to stop a break with a similar level of force from behind with no intention of playing the ball that are yellows. I’d feel abit hard done to if that happened to us.
I agree, he really scythed Udogie down. Definitely a red.
But here's what annoys me, and it cross references with the other thread about footballing irritations, Udogie immediately leapt up like he was going to punch McGinn's lights out. He chased after McGinn for about 5 yards and then apparently was snipered through the head because he collapsed on the turf. Then as soon as the ref waved the red card at McGinn, Udogie was unsnipered again. Feigning injury is just so pathetic.
