think we wanted to loan with a chance to buy...but, I suspect that RVDB is ahead of the curve, and the club don't want to find a way to block his progress. I'd let Clarke, Fry and RVDGB fight for the first team, sell McNair and bring in a young backup as 4th choice. Save on wages and make a bit of FFP wiggle room to help our forward search

We seemed to be linked with a fair few central defenders at the start of the window.. maybe Clarke coming back into the team has changed things slightly..
 
Only RVB to get a game from our regular defence if Ayling and Thomas are joined by Worral. That would be some big change!

Luke Ayling is one hell of a signing!

Finn Azaz brought in some real big numbers at Plymouth..

Not long before McGree is back..
O’Brien is back in the mix..

All eyes are on the fantasy striker.. but we’re doing some good work.
 
£6m would be wasted on Worrall... I think he's a good player and would be an improvement on Fry - but I'm happy with Fry and RVDB for the next 6 months at least.

We need to use the £10m fee from the Rogers sale on a striker, and cementing permanent deals for Ayling (an extra year) and O'Brien (as long as he wants) in my opinion.

£7.5m to being in a striker.. right
well not if we sell Morgan Rogers for £16m and have £10m in the bank.

£18m for Cameron Archer.. only 12 starts since he moved.. 3 goals.
