So Jezza, if the lad had full lights on and car did not who would you blame, the blokes a Ter Wat of the highest order, with merit.
 
The kid is in all dark clothing other than his shoes but the street looks well lit with street lights and vehicles coming from the other direction. If the driver says he/she hasn’t seen him then they are driving without due care and attention. Look at the position the car is on the road and it looks like he is trying to get past him when there’s not enough room.

The kid is a fool but haven’t we all been fools at that age?

The car drivers fault all day long.

The lad on the bike is the one that needs his head testing. Dancing around doing tricks whilst riding down a busy public road. Accident waiting to happen.

The car driver shouldn’t have hit him though. Could have killed him.

Lessons learned on both sides hopefully.
