January business has cost us

Lets be honest, given the same game time, who would you back to score more? Uche or Connelly?

First half today there was 2 or 3 crosses from the left AC made good runs for but the poor guys just not big enough to get on the end of them.

Probably Connolly given we saw Ikpeazu get the same game time here and he scored the same number of goals, and that with a manager playing a style of play that suited him.

I don't think it's worked at all with Connolly, his performances haven't been as bad as many people make out, today excepting, but he's had more than enough game time to try and score and he's rarely managed to even test the keeper.
I agree that his size is a big part of that issue, but in my opinion Ikpeazu isn't the answer either under Wilder's style either.

Any positives he could offer us are also offered by Coburn with the possible exception of holding it up.

There are plenty of teams where I think Ikpeazu would score goals in this division, but it's not at a side where the strikers are expected to be mobile and heavily involved in the build up play.
