It's a bit rubbish atm but it is still much better that the Pulis and Warnock days at least we play decent football and do actually have some very good footballers who are good to watch and a great manager just need a bit more luck with the injuries and to sign a decent fecking striker and hopefully hang on to the better footballers!

We're playing better football in comparison to the Pulis and Warnock days but by and large I still haven't enjoyed this season.

Some fans say they prefer for us to be in the Championship but it's going to feel like a chore attending the remaining games when we'll have nothing to play for.

I accept that every fan feels differently, and some might just be looking forward to seeing us play some decent football without there being any pressure on the team, but I'm a sporting glory type of fan.

Pulis and warnock was beyond dull.
This is frustrating to watch.
No where near Pullisball.. genuinely the worst brand of football.. all the more shocking given the players we had!

VERY similar to the 2020/21 season.. we threw the towel in early for that one too.

Fair point I have not enjoyed it so much thia year either and it has been very frustrating at times but I have more hope now The Warnock and Pulis days were just dull with very little hope or enjoyment

I didn't enjoy the way we played under Pulis but I did believe he'd take us up.

I was willing to sacrifice the entertainment factor if it meant we'd get promoted, but it wasn't to be.

We were 8th on 46 points, 3 points outside of the play-offs, at this point in Warnock's full season.
We'd conceded significantly less, won more and lost less.

That season ended very badly, but we were still very much in it after 31 games under Warnock.

This time we're in the bottom half on 41 points, 7 points off the play-offs, have conceded more than we've scored and haven't kept a clean sheet in the league since before Christmas.

Hopefully we have a reverse situation to that Warnock one, with the season ends really well in terms off results and performances, though it'll almost certainly be too late to repair the damage in the league table.

Next season will be the same. We are not going to stump up big money for a striker. 3 of the 7 or 8 projects we sign will be strikers and we will be hoping one comes good so we can sell him.
