Italy could cement there place in the knockout stages. Switzerland have the potential for an upset. My prediction is a score draw. Hope its a cracker

Italy are a very good team, Mancini has them playing open attacking football and I think, in part, because the vast majority of their squad are based in an Italian league that’s representatives have not set the Champion’s league alight recently they tend to be overlooked.

Dashed impressive by Italy.

Still, how often is a tournament actually won by a team who starts it in great form?

In the last 10 major tournaments (Euros and WCs), starting at 2000, only 2 eventual winners won all their group games.

They've been great haven't they. I agree that the group is not the best and bigger tests are ahead but bear in mind that they are 29 games unbeaten - not just the last 2.

Italy will lose to Wales to keep that going.
