Is Tyson Fury the biggest fraud in boxing?

He’s hardly a fraud - his resume not star studded but he’s had quite a few good wins. Hopefully the usyk fight does get made - if it does then you can’t really knock him.

It clearly won't get made. Fury doesn't want it.

I don't think anyone questions his ability. When calling him a fraud, people referring to the bullsh1t he comes out with.

Calling himself the best of his generation. The lineal champ etc. He won't get in the ring with the best to prove himself.

He has fought Klitschoko and Wilder, and would have probably fought AJ, except for the fact that AJ keeps losing.

Even if the Usyk fight happens and Fury wins, there will be people then calling him a fraud for not fighting whever the next big prospect is. Fighters talk rubbish to get people talking about them and get more interest in them and their fights so that they make more money. That is behind a lot of what Fury does and says, the same as many other loud and controversial fighters over the years. People mistake this show personal for their real personality.

It didn't help that Fury give AJ 240 seconds to sign the deal mind, There's talking rubbish. and then there is Tyson Fury. Bricktop Warren and Arum said last month USYK has signed all his part so where's the hold up.....

Im also of the opinion all drug cheats should be banned for life.
 
I wonder if any of these boxers who dig into YouTubers for ‘ruining’ the sport have ever stopped to think, maybe we’re just ****? At least these fights are happening (whether staged or not)

I think he's miles better than AJ but to write AJ off as saying he keeps losing is just daft. AJ has lost 3 times. He won the rematch convincingly against Ruiz and was beaten twice by Usyk. Usyk, the man Fury is ducking and probably the best pound for pound fighter in the world.

No Shame in that. He's had a good career and been beaten by an elite fighter.
 
I think the money men around Tyson are telling him it shouldn’t be 50-50 as he’s the biggest draw. The fight will happen I’m sure and then we can come back to this thread.

If he hasn't accepted what was offered in the Midde East, then it'll never happen at Wembley.

The problem is he needs a 70%+ split to increase his purse from what was being offered in the middle east and Usyk is never going to accept that and why should he?

He fought Chisora for a quarter of what he's being offered for this and he had no problem fighting then....

Frustrated that Fury won't...

If he doesn't want the big fights he should have stayed retired and made way for other fighters to have their time. This is the best chance we have had for an undisputed HW champion in decades. They've got all the sanctioning bodies on board. Usyk is clearly ready to go.
 
Fury wont live this down if he bottles it, especially after the way he went on about AJ bottling their fight.

Didn't he say he'd fight AJ for free at one point?
 
Usyk will beat Fury. That's why Fury isn't willing to fight.

Fury will likely try and target him if he sees a weakness in him over the next couple of years. That's what he did with Joshua. Fury wanted to fight Joshua when he was at his most weak (post Usyk 2) - not at his strongest.
