A few people on here have used @WeeGord who I believe is in that line of work. Not used him myself, but I've seen a few people on here recommend him over the last few years.

Not on here, but we use the Mortgage Advice Bureau. There is a local chap called Damien Purdy who sorted our mortgages for the last 15 years. I can't fault his advice. I have his details if you want them.
