It's better than having no influence and struggling to compete and not scoring like Saville. He isn't as bad as people are making out now and was never as good as people were making out under Pulis.
He is a decent option to bring on as he has a goal in him.
Saville is a poor/bog standard champ midfielder, but he isn't a complete liability when we are out of possession like Wing.

For god sake how long is it going to take to lose the raw edges..... It football not brain surgery.
10,000 hours mate. Because he didn't come through academy systems and professional training, he has the footballing IQ of a 20-21 year old. Problem is when mentally in his prime, he will be physically beyond it, because he isn't learning quick enough. That's why I think he will end up League Two, where his lack of tactical awareness and out of possession positioning and pressure, and in possession movement hinder more the further up the pyramid you go.

I can see Warnock moving Wing on in this window , probably as a make weight or a swap for someone HE fancies . Lots of clubs will take Wing , in this league or below .
Connor Chaplin BFC etc
It's not long since the tabloids had south coast clubs wanting Wing .
Warnock knows what he wants and will wheel and deal in the next few weeks to get his team together .
And on that note , I can't see Warnock letting our front 2 run their contracts down .
Britt and Fletcher could move on . Would we swap Fletcher for Woodrow ? I would .
Britt will have his admirers , like AFCB or Watford or Norwich .

Off the ball they all chase after it like school kids. It's not just wing.
I don't entirely disagree with that McNair is guilty of it, which is why I prefer him at RWB. Saville is more disciplined than Wing, and Howson is the most disciplined of our midfielders at sitting. (I'm not including Morsy yet, bcs I haven't seen enough to judge yet).

If we are looking at this kid from Forest, then that's Wing gone in my opinion.
