We went for a weekend in October as we were at the Utilita Arena on the Saturday night and we loved it. Great shopping in the Bullring and there was a smaller market outside which had some great things.

Great for drinks across both nights with plenty of bars - if you want a quiet cocktail with the Mrs then you can find it, alternatively if you want to rave in a sticky club til 5am that is also available.

We ate at the place below and despite being what looked like the middle of an industrial estate, was by far some of the best Indian food I have ever had.

I'm common as muck and spent £150 on Michelin star food to see if it's worth it

Parking in Digbeth seems to be a bit dodgy at the moment. I have parked in the area for gigs before.
A few years back had a good curry in a Weatherspoon's in Brum. It was a chef special separate form the normal menu. Curry Rice Naan, poppadums, and pickle for £5
