A very impressive effort from Israel and supporting nations to neutralise so many airborne threats.
No reports of any fatalities.
Some got through but I think that was inevitable.
I fear there will be further hits though as Israel are likely to retaliate and ratchet it up again.

Iran have said that’s their retaliation done and dusted. Let’s see. I can’t see Israel leaving it at that.

I am very relieved to see that the vast majority of drones and missiles were intercepted. It leaves a tiny chance of this being de-escalated if the US can exert influence on Israel. I don't hold much hope though as it seems like Israel are lost in the red mist.

Biden has said he won't support any retaliation and Israel needed US, UK, Jordanian and Saudi help this time.
Iran's missiles and drones are changing the equation for Israel, they may have to behave to maintain their own security via allies' support.

Everything relies on the Israeli response. If they escalate things then there's a real chance of a regional conflict and since Trump threw out the Iran nuclear deal there's no telling what they have available to use against Israel.
Hopefully, Israel's allies can talk some sense into them.

Biden has said the USA will not participate in any retaliatory strike on Iran, not that they will refuse to help Israel defend against any future attacks.

I've seen multiple reports saying the US, UK and Jordan helped out by shooting down drones but I haven't seen anything about Saudi involvement so far. Do you have a link?
