IPTV Question - Multi room

Looking to reduce our Sky package down to the minimum (still under contract for a bit sadly), take out the mini boxes etc and go to IPTV.

But we will need a package which does multi - room. Are these available and if so any good (reliable). And how easy to set up?

mine is 1 connection £40 for 6 months
£60 for 12 months
2 connections £60 for 6 months
£85 for 12 months
2 connections must be in same house/wifi

Having said that I actually have to sticks 1 in living room and 1 in bedroom using just 1 connection.
But as I am the only one who uses it I never have both on at same time which is acceptable to my provider.

My guy offers 3 x different IPTV providers, ranging from around £35-£55 each for the year.

I find it better to use a couple of different ones, as on the rare occasion one goes down, I have an instant back up and neither of them tend to be down simultaneously. They all provide the same streams, but on demand content is better on the more expensive one.

I then use one service for downstairs and the other service for upstairs / on tablet etc. and swap if / when required through the IPTV app that’s provided.

I know other providers will provide a multi room type subscription but it’s ages since used any other providers. Been about 2 years with mine and it’s been excellent with a decent support on Telegram.

Daft question I really don't know much/anything about IPTV but the more you pay, the more channels/ better quality?

Only really need the Sky Sports channels and the ability to watch Boro everything else is a bonus. Just need it on 3 TVs..... don't mind paying as I'll be saving £60 month downgrading my Sky package.

I’m not sure there’s an exact rule of thumb. I know friends who pay more than my most expensive one (£55) but they’re pretty much the same.

I think they’re all pretty much of a muchness to be honest. Certainly a lot of the streams come from the same sources.

Out of my 2, the cheaper one is very similar but maybe a little less reliable and has slightly less on demand options (but still gets all the latest releases etc. once decent copies are available). It tends to be older content where the library isn’t quite as expansive.

The one I use does 1, 2 or 4 connections. I have 1 but can watch it on any device, just not simultaneously. There are no tiers for better quality etc.

Mine doesn't come with any VOD (or it does and I've never looked for it).
