Incorrect decisions and apologies from Refs

For the first time yesterday I think Carrick said they have had letters apologising for mistakes against us. I think this is interesting as it puts a little pressure on the officials - publicly acknowledging that the league have acknowledged we have been shafted is a change in tack.

I think Carrick is learning some of the tricks of modern management which can only help.

I know from reading articles that the refs and linesman have to meet up and review incorrect decisions. So perhaps this season there will be a 'this is where we robbed Boro' seminar that might make them think before giving/not giving decisions.

Poor officials are robbing championship fans of decent football. It’s a total joke.. the fcuking arrogance of them too!

My Stevenage Boro supporting friend (home and away) send me a video of the penalty decision in the 98th minute that cost them 2 points. Clearly hits the player plumb in the neck. Ref was 15 yards away

Greenwood did not look offside, but the player for the first Bristol City goal was off side. Those decisions make a big difference to the result.

Even though we were poor in the first half over the whole game we had the superior stats but some how managed to lose.

Agree about Greenwood, but I think Fry was playing the Bristol City forward on for their first goal.
